Return & Exchange Policy

At norwword, every jersey is custom-made just for you — which means most orders are non-returnable. However, we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase and will work with you if there’s ever an issue.


Custom Orders

Because our jerseys are personalized, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Design changes requested after the order is confirmed
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please double-check all details — size, color, name, and number — before confirming your order.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • With manufacturing defects
  • Or incorrect details (that don’t match your approved design)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@norwword.com with your order number and clear photos.
We will replace or remake your item at no extra cost.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, your jersey enters production and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for non-custom, blank items (if offered).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return or replacement shipping.
  • For approved returns of non-custom items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
